Senior AI Agent Designer

You'll be asked to:

· Tell us about your background, frameworks, and evaluation discipline
· Walk us through one agent system in real depth
· Answer two judgment questions drawn from situations you've likely seen before

Strong written submissions advance to a 45-minute conversation where we'll walk through your project narrative and your judgment-question answers together. We ask follow-up questions. The written application is the start of a conversation — not the whole evaluation.

We're looking for senior practitioners who've designed and shipped agentic systems that survived production — not researchers without delivery, prompt tinkerers without engineering discipline, or generalists who picked up agent work as a side concern when it became fashionable. If that's not you yet, this probably isn't the right role at this moment — and we'd rather you know that now than spend an hour finding out.
