Senior Semantic Layer Architect

Thank you for considering this role. We've designed this application to respect your time — and to actually distinguish the practitioners who've done this work at scale from those who can describe it well in the abstract.

Plan for 30 to 45 minutes. We've cut everything that wasn't pulling its weight. The judgment questions in particular benefit from real thought — if you have an hour and want to do them justice, that's well-spent. Most candidates finish in around 35 minutes.

You'll be asked to:

· Tell us about your background and platform fluency
· Walk us through one project in real depth
· Answer two judgment questions drawn from situations you've likely seen before

Strong written submissions advance to a 45-minute conversation where we'll walk through your project narrative and your judgment-question answers together. We ask follow-up questions. The written application is the start of a conversation — not the whole evaluation.

We're looking for senior practitioners who've shipped enterprise semantic work that survived governance review and outlasted the engagement. If that's not you yet, this probably isn't the right role at this moment — and we'd rather you know that now than spend an hour finding out.
